Sunday 18th September
African Drumming 2-5pm - open to all, free of charge Gong Bath 6:00-7:30pm - £20 per person, booking essential Sound Healing starts at 6pm. Please arrive before the start time. There will be no admittance after the event has started. We will be pitching our event tent for the first time at the lovely Hillam Potting Sheds near Monk Fryston. The day will start at around 2pm with a percussion session led by Jon, using authentic African rhythms. This workshop is totally free, it's great fun and is a wonderful precursor to the Sound Healing that starts at 6pm. This second part of the day is the paid event and you can purchase your tickets through the Skiddle link below. Everything is provided for you, mats, blankets, eye masks, and of course the relaxing vibrations that will drop you into a deep meditative state, all within the cosy confines of our beautiful bell tent.
