I am excited to announce another event we are busy organising for Saturday 2nd September. Come along to our mini retreat in our bell tent, in beautiful & peaceful surroundings in Great Preston where you can reconnect with yourself and mother earth. You will be grounding yourself with a bare foot walking meditation, connecting with your most natural inner rhythms through a drumming circle and singing session, then finishing off the day with a mindfulness meditation and deeply relaxing gong bath.
There will be two 3 hour sessions to choose from, 11am-2pm or 4pm-7pm. A limited number of reduced price tickets are available for anyone who doesn't have a preference of time-slot. Buyers of these tickets will be contacted with their time-slot nearer to the event, and we will endeavour to give at least 7 days notice.
The sessions will be wonderfully healing, and there will be a selection of homemade vegan snacks available to keep you going.
