Doors open at 7:15pm. Please arrive before the start time. There will be no admittance after the event has started. My sound healing evenings are a very passive experience, you simply lie down on a mat, wrap yourself in a cosy blanket and allow the sounds to wash over you. You can't identify or grasp any particular notes like you can with music. Instead, I will use my gong and singing bowls to create a soundscape that will take you on a relaxing and meditative journey, leaving you calm, focussed and in the right place for a wonderful night's sleep.
